Tom Klauer Motorsports will be sending several original Hendricks Motorsports cars that competed in the 2007 Sprint Cup series, including Kyle Busch’s #5 Kelloggs car, Jeff Gordon’s #24 Dupont car, Casey Mears #25 National Guard Car and Jimmy Johnson’s #48 Lowes car.  Tom Klauer Motorsports is sponsored by Pick-n-Pull, Schnitzer Steel and Cascade Steel Mill and they are “Racing to Stop Hunger.”

Pick-n-Pull will be donating four grandstand tickets to the Nascar K& N Pro West Series Toyota/Napa 150 race to be held at the Roseville Speedway on October 15th.  Tickets for the drawing will be available during Railroad Days and as a Railroad Days special, everyone who makes a  non-perishable food donation will receive a free ticket for the drawing for the four Toyota/Napa 150 tickets.  In addition, chances to win all four tickets will be available throughout Railroad Days.  Non-perishable food receptacles will be located at City Park and at the Railroad Days Information Booth on Commercial Street.

Another four pit pass tickets have been donated as well and these tickets will be sold via “silent auction” in sets of two.  The bidding will continue until September, when the two highest bidders will be notified of their win.  Auction sheets will also be available at the Railroad Days festivities and at stores in the Portola area.
